We wholeheartedly make the following commitment regarding you and your care:

  • All patients have a right to quality dental care and to receive considerate and respectful treatment at aesthetics.
  • All patients have the right to expect that all communications and records pertaining to their care will be treated as confidential at aesthetics.
  • All patients have the right to expect the dental team at aesthetics to use appropriate infection control procedures.
  • aesthetics are committed to doing our best for you. This begins with understanding your dental needs and goals and followed by a thorough and complete dental exam, a thoroughly documented dental record and diagnosis. This is the foundation on which all services provided are based.
  • The diagnosed problems and appropriate solution of those problems will be discussed with you along with the risks, benefits and expected investment. When appropriate, alternative solutions, their risks, benefits and investment will also be discussed. The consequence of no treatment will be explained.
  • We, the dental team at aesthetics, are committed to continuing education, training and independent onsite visits to verify compliance and maintenance of the professions most current standards of care. This information is readily available to you at all times.
  • aesthetics will work hard on being on time, staying on time, every time.

A Credo for Relationship

  • You and aesthetics are in a relationship which I value and want to keep
  • Yet each of us is an individual with unique needs and the right to meet those needs
  • I will respect your right to choose your own beliefs and develop your own values even though they may differ from mine
  • However if your behaviour becomes unacceptable, I will tell you openly and honestly. Also, if some behaviour of mine is unacceptable to you, I hope you will tell me openly and honestly so that I can try to change my behaviour
  • At those times that we find that neither of us can change to meet the others needs, let us acknowledge that we have a conflict and that we may need to end this relationship.
  • aesthetics will work hard on being on time, staying on time, every time, therefore we respectfully ask that you afford us the same courtesy by keeping to scheduled appointments
  • In summary, we emphasise you to attend when prescribed, keep up good oral hygiene habits and pay on time.
  • Those that accept these points will be in a privileged group and deserve our individual undivided attention at all times.
